Nuts4wheels is located at The Wheel House, Marsh End, Lords Meadow Ind Estate, Crediton Devon EX17 1DN. Nuts4wheels respects your privacy. Your personal data is protected in the UK by the Data Protection Act 1998. Under the Data Protection Act, we have a legal duty to protect any information we collect from you. Any information that you give us is held with the utmost care and security. It will not be used in ways to which you have not consented. We do not and will not pass on your details to any third party or government department unless you give us permission to do so.

Use of Information

We will not collect any information about individuals, except where it is specifically and knowingly provided by them through the completion of enquiry forms or email. Examples of such information include: Name, Address, Telephone number, Email address, Country of abode.

On occasion we may use any information that you supply for direct marketing purposes or to inform you of news and special offeres that we we think may be of interest to you. If you wish to opt out of the receipt of direct marketing information you may do so by sending an email to [email protected] with a subject line of “Opt-Out of Direct Marketing”.

We do not currently use cookies to track website usage nor do we intend to make use of them in the near future. We will however, log the IP Address of each user if they choose to take part in any polls the website might choose to host. IP addresses are recorded in order to prevent people from voting more than once which could affect the results of the polls.
